Our billing process is transparent and straightforward. We provide detailed invoices for all services rendered, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if we are out-of-network.
Note — Payment is due at the time of service via credit card, debit, or HSA/FSA accounts.
If we are not in-network with your specific plan, we provide a 'superbill' containing all necessary diagnostic and procedure codes. This document simplifies the process of filing for out-of-network reimbursement.

Acupuncture is a qualified medical expense under most Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). You are welcome to use your health benefit cards for all clinical services.

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance incur no fee. Appointments cancelled or missed within 24 hours will be charged a standard service fee.
